Cry Out to God- Part 1
And it came to pass in process of time, that the king of Egypt died: and the children of Israel sighed by reason of the bondage, and they cried, and their cry came up unto God by reason of the bondage. Exodus 2:23 (KJV)
When the children of Israel were in bondage, they cried out to God. God heard and responded by delivering them.
When he maketh inquisition for blood, he remembereth them: he forgetteth not the cry of the humble. Psalm 9:12 (KJV)
God does not forget or ignore the cry of the humble or afflicted. When you are hurt or going through a painful and difficult time, cry out to God, and He will help and heal you.
They cried unto thee, and were delivered: they trusted in thee, and were not confounded. Psalm 22:5 (KJV)
This poor man cried, and the Lord heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles. Psalm 34:6 (KJV)
In the day when I cried thou answeredst me, and strengthenedst me with strength in my soul. Psalm 138:3 (KJV)
When we don’t have words to express how we feel or what we’re going through, God understands our deepest groans, pain, tears and anguish. He knows what we’re experiencing. God feels what we feel. He is with us to help us. Our very cries, tears, groans and other expressions are a prayer to God, a language all its own. When its hard to tell God, just cry out and God will help, heal, comfort, and bring you through.
Romans 8:15 says we cry “Abba Father,” or “Daddy Daddy!” Jesus, when He was on the cross, cried out to God, and God brought Him through. Cry out to God and He will bring you through.
