Presence, Promise, Provision

Presence, Promise, Provision

We see all through the Bible that God would show up, revealing His presence to His people when they were in need, giving them a promise that would provide whatever was needed.

For example, in Exodus 3, God came to Moses in a burning bush. This was the Lord’s manifest presence. The bush burned with fire, but it did not burn up, meaning it was a supernatural appearing of God. At that time, God gave Moses a promise that He would be with Moses to deliver Israel from bondage.

During their conversation, God asked Moses what he had in his hand, and Moses replied that it was a stick. God showed Moses that His power would work through the stick, thus God provided power for Moses to accomplish his assignment. Moses used that stick time and time again. It was a sign that the Lord was with Moses, guaranteeing He would keep His promise to provide all they needed.

Friend, God is with us and in us. His presence goes with us and He has given us His great and mighty promises in His Word. Those promises provide for our every need. As we believe God and speak forth His promises, we will experience His provision every single time.

Don’t be obsessed with money but live content with what you have, for you always have God’s presence. For hasn’t he promised you, “I will never leave you alone, never! And I will not loosen my grip on your life!…” Jesus, the Anointed One, is always the same—yesterday, today, and forever. Hebrews 13:5,8 (The Passion Translation, TPT)
