I AM With You

Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen. Matthew 28:20 (KJV)

As we go forth to teach all nations and share the Gospel everywhere, Jesus is with us to help us, confirming the Word preached with signs following (Mark 16). Jesus is with us by the person and presence of the Holy Spirit and by His written Word (John 1). We are never alone to do what Jesus commissioned us to do. We have His person, promise, and power to accomplish what He directed us to do.

No matter what we face, Jesus is with us even to the end of the age. He is with us to help us get through every situation victoriously. He is whatever we need Him to be. If we’re spiritually hungry, He the Bread of Life. If we need anything, Jesus said the He is the Good Shepherd and will take care of us, protect us, and guide us like sheep. If we need to see what to do and where to go, He said He is the Light of the World. He will give us light to see the Word clearly, get His direction, or obtain His provision. As a matter of fact, in John’s Gospel, we see the 7 I Am‘s of Jesus, showing that He is everything we need.

2. I am the Light of the World/ the Light of Life. John 8:12

3. I am the Door. John 10:7

4. I am the Good Shepherd. John 10:11

5. I am the Resurrection and the Life. John 11:25

6. I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. John 14:6

7. I am the True Vine. John 15:1

Jesus is with us to be all we need. He is the great I AM.
