On To The Next Season
To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven. Ecclesiastes 3:11 (KJV)
We must recognize what season we are in; when it starts, when we’re in the midst of it, and when it ends. Whether a season is good or bad, we must recognize when it is over so we move on to the next one. We have to learn to let go. Staying too long in a past season is not healthy or beneficial. Many people are stuck in old seasons- just sitting there spinning their wheels.
For example, if a friendship is over, we must let it go and receive the people God has for us in the future. If we fail to leave a season, we can miss something or someone that God has for us. Not recognizing seasons can prolong things and cause delays in us gaining the destiny God has for us.
God uses seasons to teach, train, and mature us- to better our lives. Seasons are one way God works His purposes out in our lives. So, when it’s time to move, move. When it’s time to sow, sow. A seed always brings a harvest. So, sow for a better season if you don’t like the one you are in now.
God uses seasons to develop us and work His plans out in our lives. Stay in a season until God says it is time to move on to the next season. Don’t get stuck.
