Trust God
Lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all your heart and mind and do not rely on your own insight or understanding. In all your ways know, recognize, and acknowledge Him, and He will direct and make straight and plain your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6 (Amplified Bible Classic edition, AMPC)
These verses tell us to trust God, depend on Him- look to, lean on, and rely on Him. After all, He knows all things. He knows the beginning the end, and everything in-between.
All we do begins with God and His Word. Rely on God’s wisdom because it is unlimited. Don’t trust in your own knowledge and earthly wisdom because it is limited and incomplete. God knows what He is doing with us. Even when we can’t understand our lives and what God is doing, we can trust Him. Often, we will see later what He was up to all along. The main thing is that we trust God. Why? Because He is totally and completely trustworthy.
We can be sure through all the twists and turns of life; the ups and downs, the good times and the not-so-good times, that God is there and He is leading us. That’s why with each step we take, we can trust God knows what He is doing.
God uses all our life experiences to grow us. So, don’t try to figure it all out. You can’t anyway. Just know that when you can’t figure it out, God is working it all out. And He’s doing it all for your growth and for your good. Trust your heavenly Father knows what is best for you and that He’s got everything under control.
