Hope, Help, Happiness
Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost. Romans 15:13 (KJV) emphasis mine
My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth. Psalm 121:2 (KJV) emphasis mine
For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee. Psalm 128:2 (KJV) emphasis mine
Have you ever lost hope? Hope is expecting something good to happen; a good expectation of a good outcome. It is joyful and confident expectation and desire for the thing expected. Hope gives a good, positive outlook on life. It causes us to see good and not expecting bad to happen. God is a God of Hope. We can put our hope in Him and He will not let us down or disappoint us.
With an attitude of hope, you can then look to God to help in times of need. He’s all we need, and He meets every need we have. Help refers to one who assists and aids. God is always there to help, which then gives us more hope and allows us to rejoice and be happy in Him.
You can be happy because God, who is your hope will help. When you’re sad or lonely, He’s right there. His presence brings joy, which produces happiness in your emotions. We can be happy with God in His presence.
We can have hope because God is our Hope.
We can receive help because God is our Help.
We can have Happiness because the joy of the Lord is our strength (Nehemiah 8:10)
Hope for new things for God will help to bring it to pass so you can be happy in who you are and where you are. God is doing new and good things for us!
